These De Silva Taekwon-do students all reached the next grade.
60 De Silva Taekwon-do students took part in the winter colour belt and Lil’ Warrior grading on 3 December – and they all passed.
Yes, there was a 100% success rate at the grading session, which took place at the De Silva Martial Arts Centre in Ealing on 3 December 2017.
Students from all four De Silva Taekwon-do academies in London came to the Martial Arts Centre to be assessed, including some from the new Warrender academy who were participating in their first ever grading.
4th degree black belts Orla McKenna and Calvin Thomas were on invigilator duty as students’ tuls, line work, sparring and basic theory were put to the test.
De Silva Taekwon-do founder Johann De Silva was delighted with the 100% success rate. He said:
“All students gave fantastic performances, really showcasing the talent that De Silva Taekwon-Do has to offer.”
